What this covers
This notice covers sitchlive.com, the Sitch Live website. It explains what we collect when you browse the site or contact us, and what we do with it.
Browsing the site
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits and see which pages are useful. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't follow you across other sites, and reports only aggregated statistics such as page views, referrers, countries and device types. The site doesn't use advertising trackers or tracking cookies.
Like any website, our hosting provider processes standard request information, such as your IP address and browser, to serve pages and keep the site secure.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form, we collect:
- your name, email and company
- what you're interested in and your message
- a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) and your browser's user-agent string, to prevent spam and abuse
We use this only to reply to you and to discuss our services with you. If you email us directly, we use your email in the same way.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in our database. A copy may be sent to our team through our internal chat and email tools so we can respond quickly. These providers process the information on our behalf. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep your inquiry while we're in touch about it. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us by emailing contact@sitchlive.com.
Data you share for a project
If you become a customer and share your own data with us, how it's handled is set out in the terms we agree with you before we start. It's used only for your project.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update the date above. Questions? Get in touch.
