Insider trading data from every Form 4.
Sitch parses SEC Form 4 filings into clean transactions: who traded, their role, the transaction type, shares, price, total value and how their holdings changed.
Filter to the signals that matter, like open-market purchases over a dollar threshold, and see them next to the news, filings and congressional trades for the same company.

FAQ
Insider trading data (Form 4), answered.
Can I filter to open-market purchases only?
Yes. Transactions carry their type and SEC code, so you can separate open-market buys and sells from grants, exercises and other activity, and filter by value, role or date.
How soon after filing does a Form 4 appear?
Form 4 filings are picked up continuously from SEC EDGAR after they're filed.
Are derivative transactions included?
Yes. Non-derivative and derivative transactions are both parsed, with the underlying security details.
